Billy Bean

Billy Bean’s experience and professionalism place him in the top echelon of L.A.’s Realtors. An internationally-known figure because of his fascinating life and business experiences, Billy is supremely qualified to handle the most complex of real estate deals. Prior to joining forces with Jeff Yarbrough at L.A. Luxe Group, Billy built a successful real estate career that spanned 15 years in Miami Beach. He was one of the city’s most visible and successful agents. He continues to represent select clients in Florida. Billy has been featured on multiple programs on HGTV and Bravo that featured high-end real estate transactions.

Billy played major league baseball from 1987 to 1995. He broke into the big leagues with the Detroit Tigers, and tied a major league record with 4 hits in his first big league game. He went on to play for the Los Angeles Dodgers and the San Diego Padres. He is the author of the book, “Going the Other Way: Lessons from a Life In and Out of Major League Baseball.” Billy was born in Santa Ana and was a multi-sport star at Santa Ana High School, where he was chosen “athlete of the year” and Valedictorian of his graduating class. He was an “All-America” outfielder twice before graduating from Loyola Marymount University in 1986 with a degree in Business Administration. He is devoted to fitness, competitive sports, and inspiring all athletes of diversity.

Billy lives in the Miracle Mile area of Los Angeles.
