Chris Jacobs started his career in real estate working closely with a Beverly Hills developer with a portfolio of $500 million in properties located in Brentwood, Bel Air, Beverly Hills and the Sunset Strip. Through this association, he worked in concert with some of the top real estate agents in Los Angeles.“Great agents work more effectively alongside their clients,” he says. “My philosophy is that each deal is a partnership—not just a transaction.”

Chris’ understanding of new media allows his clients to benefit from what’s available in the ever-expanding electronic universe. “You have to stay ahead of the curve and create new ways to get attention,” says Chris, who regularly garners nationwide recognition with his media marketing. “When selling a home, you can’t just market the property and its attributes. It’s about selling a lifestyle through social media, video production, and creative concepts.”
